The customer's name and reply address, the item they are asking about, and their question. A successful submission will say that it was saved—not just that a button was clicked.

2. Review a product
Use your phone to add your own photo, description, verified condition and price.
3. Save and verify
The real backend will save the product. Then open the storefront and check the result. This training screen has no save connection.
4. Fulfill an order
Check the actual payment state, confirm stock, pack the item and add tracking. Never treat an email alone as proof of payment.
